Johanes has a lot of insight and hands-on experience in the process/operational level as a Quality Engineer in a Top 50 big firm in Indonesia where he was responsible for maintaining and improving product quality and quality systems. He has over 23 years in the area of Quality and business process improvement. He was working for Accenture and Arthur Andersen before joining Premysis and SSCX as a partner.

Surya is an IT professional with 20+ years of leading IT organization in complex operative sites, with vast business experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, healthcare, food and beverages, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, and consulting. Oversaw global IT project portfolios with an annual budget of €100M+, led by 200+ program & project managers, with 300+ concurrent projects.
